192 acres of mixed deciduous and hemlock forest, much of it "forever wild" old growth, with wetlands and rock outcroppings. Great moderate hiking trails.

The land of John Jacob Astor IV's Ferncliff Farm was donated in 1963 by his daughter-in-law Brooke Astor to the Rotary Club of Rhinebeck.
