Republicans have been
challenging ballots primarily
on the basis that the registered
Democratic voter has a second
home outside of the county
that they live in the majority
of the time but choose to
vote in Columbia County.

in election law to uphold the
votes of “weekenders”, county
Republican Committee Chairman
Greg Fingar said they believe
they have a good case to
throw out the votes.
